If you died today, would you have regrets? Seriously, think about that. Would you have said all the things that you have wanted to say to the people that really matter in your life, Hell, would you have said all the things to the people that didn’t matter too? Would you feel every feeling, I mean really feel it, love, hate, fear, anger, joy, happiness, gratitude? The list goes on and on, but would you have allowed yourself to feel everything fully?
The essence of life is not in how we choose to fight it, the reality of life is how we choose to live it. If we live it with regrets and don’t allow ourselves to open up to all the magic, pain, love, fear, joy, sadness, happiness, gratitude, and hope in life, we deny ourselves of the gifts in front of us.
Take every chance that comes your way without giving it a second look; you may not get that chance again. Say all of the things that you need to say, regardless of how hard some of this stuff may be for you to say, just say them. Feel each and every emotion, hold onto the ones that you feel bring you a sense of peace, and then let go of the unpleasant emotions, express them too.
Finally, love this life, through the good and bad, tired and sad. Love all of it, and regret none of it!
Keep on keeping on everyone!
